First MotoGP at Qatar!!! Club W!!!

First MotoGP of the 2007 season will be aired at Club W (199 Delaware, Buffalo, NY) on Sunday, March 11th. The time is 5pm (for the 250gp) and 6pm will be the all-new 800cc fourstrokes!!!

We are really excited to be hosting this event. Please try and make it out to see us and cheer for your favorite riders. Drink specials for anyone with an "M" endorsement or a racing license. Feel free to bring friends and significant others. No need to RSVP but I am going to use this thread to guesstimate interest so we know how much pizza to order.

No complaints here.. Be sure to add them to the Calendar too, there is event attendance so people can sign up to let you know who's coming! (one of our most underutilized features here)

I would love to watch a race with other fans, but see as it is a 3+ hour drive from WNY and I have to work the next day I doubt that I will be coming.

sorry if this seems obvious or if I'm alone on this one, but it would also be cool if we can hear the commentary. Plenty of screens are a bonus, but I dig the updates, commentary, etc. as well.

SO...the saga continues.....

I avoided a ticket tonite on the way home from Buffalo.

Last weekend I hit a fucking deer on the way home from there (they bounce off of Saturns you know!!!!) and tonite I got pulled over.

I was going slow I thought..around 65 or so. Well, turns out iit was 66. But the limit had dropped to 40mph. OOPS!! So he says, "What should we do about this?" And i was like i dunno...let me go? So he says he'll write me for 54 roadside if i will send the ticket in guilty and not go to court. So, I say, "Can't you do anything better than that, like give me a ticket for talking on the phone or somethin?" He says he can't do that cuz someone got in trouble for that. And he looks at my license again and asks if i have any trouble with my license, and i say no, it's clean. So then he says "AND you have a radar detector!! But, you ride a bike, i ride too, so I'll let it slide. Have a good night and slow down."

also got tagged doing 90 in 65 on the 90, got another 1 hour later that day, guess i didn't learn my lesson the first time.
funny part was were were going to pick up my tlr in NYC and did about 95 the whole way home without any problems the next day. go figure.

Like Russo, I like to make time, when it is safe to do so. That being said, close to 750,000 miles on the street accident free, except for one deer.

My best were Batavia to Thousand Island bridge in 2 hours 20 minutes, with a stop for gas :D Or running 105+ for a solid hour up the 401 in Canada, with a couple of cars running ahead, clearing the way.
