Went solo this time (with my wife, but no Murph or Jonsie). I'll skip all the drama and just give you guys the lowdown.
Race 1 GTO: 1st place.
Race 2 HWSB: 5th place.
Race 15 MWGP 9th place
I crashed on the last lap of race 15 trying to pass going into turn 3. I was too hard on the brakes and caught some ripple in the pavement and tucked the front. I was able to pick the bike back up and finish the race, but now I need a new frame slider and a new MC for the front brake. The only other damage is a small spot of rash on the upper and tail. No significant damage to myself, just a bit sore in the shoulder and thumb. My NJK suit held up well and protected me from any rash, and suffered only minimal damage skuffs, no torn seams).
All in all it was a good weekend.
I lead the championship in GTO with 82 points (76 after the drop) with the 2nd place competitor at 52 points (52 after the drop).
I just need to keep my head and I should finish the season well.
I was in 3rd place in both HWSB and MWGP before this weekend, not sure of the standings now.
