1) What are they using to do the repave, and how is it different from the first and second repave projects?

he'll just drop another 10mil to get it re-paved again...

this really sucks though because the surface wasn't that good to begin with... well.. it was but it got tore up pretty quickly....

Yeah,

I know he'll repave to get it right. Especially since he wants Moto GP to come there next year. I wish I could ride there, the track looks awesome. Not to mention is 3 times as wide as some of the tracks I've been on.
