This is a friendly reminder to make sure that the email address you have for your account is an accurate, working, and VALID email address.
If we continue to see multiple bounced emails due to undeliverable notifications (PMs, subscribed threads, etc.), we will begin to drop the accounts with bad email addresses on February 20,2009 back to verification status. This means you will not have full access to the site until you change your email address to one that works, and resubmit for email verification to re-activate your account for full access status. In extreme cases, we will consider permanently disabling the account.
Things you may need to do:
make sure your email account is VALID. This typically means using a reputable email service (e.g. your ISP email address). Hotmail, Mail.com, and most other free services are NOT acceptable (except for those older members that were "grandfathered" in.) due to inherrant spam.
Make sure your email account isn't full. If it is, messages will bounce. Clear out your email inbox, or change your email to a reputable email account.
You can set your preferences by clicking the "User CP" link on the menu bar near the top of the page. The control panel also has additional email preferences in the "Edit Options" link in your left toolbar.
